More About Me

Business Philosophy:

My objective is for all my clients to say this has been their BEST real estate experience ever! I have been selling Real Estate across the Peninsula for 30+ years through many market cycles. My goal is simple: to have my Sellers receive the most and my Buyers to pay the least in flawless transactions.

Client Interaction:

My clients know their best interests are my top priority. The trust and confidence I earn gives me their repeat business plus referrals to their friends and colleagues. I handle all aspects of the job myself from start to finish, making sure everything is done to my exacting specifications. For my listings I take on the role of a Project Manager overseeing needed listing preparation, with trusted service providers, so that the property can demand the highest price. The results are often quite dramatic! For my buyers I outline both positives and negatives of a property. I challenge them to explain why it is the right house for them before writing up an offer. I have the reputation of being a tough but fair negotiator.

Education & Personal Background:

I hold a Ph.D. degree in Education from Stanford University. I use my training to help educate my clients about Real Estate and to guide them in making one of the most significant decisions of their lives. My ties to Stanford remain strong. I hold a lifetime appointment to Stanford Associates honoring the university’s top volunteers. I grew up outside of Boston and have been an active resident of Los Altos since 1985. My husband and I raised our 2 daughters in this wonderful community. I served 8 years on the City of Los Altos Historical Commission and 2 years on the Board of Directors for the Los Altos History Museum. When not selling real estate you can find me walking my Border Collie, swimming, tending my vegetable garden, cooking gourmet meals, and planning travel vacations!
